Welcome to For Justice Advocacy LLC. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service, which outline the nature, limitations, and conditions of the services we provide.
1. Non-Legal Nature of Services
For Justice Advocacy LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation. We are not attorneys, do not practice law, and cannot represent you in court or provide legal strategy or interpretation of the law. Our services are strictly limited to:
- Assisting with the completion and organization of court forms
- Supporting document filing processes
- Providing trial preparation assistance (without legal advice)
- Offering non-legal, in-person court support and advocacy
- Sharing compassionate guidance from lived experience
2. Scope of Services
We offer professional support for individuals handling their own family law or domestic violence matters, including:
- Responding to divorce petitions or summons
- Filing or responding in child custody matters
- Preparing and filing documents for domestic violence injunctions
- Providing non-legal, in-person court appearance support
We help you stay organized and informed throughout your case but do not make decisions on your behalf or offer legal opinions.
3. No Attorney-Client Relationship
Use of our services does not create an attorney-client relationship. You are responsible for your own legal decisions and for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the documents you submit to the court. If you need legal advice or representation, we encourage you to consult with a licensed attorney.
4. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and maintain strict confidentiality with all information you provide. However, since we are not attorneys, communications with us are not protected by attorney-client privilege.
5. Fees and Payment
Our services are provided for flat or hourly fees as outlined at the time of service. Payment is due before services are rendered unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
6. Limitations of Liability
For Justice Advocacy LLC is not liable for any court decisions, missed deadlines, or other consequences resulting from the use of our services. We help ease the burden of your family law issues, but we do not guarantee any specific outcome regarding your case.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
Refunds for completed services are not available. Partial refunds may be issued for services that were paid for but not rendered. Refunds will not be issued if client decides to cancel after work has been fully or partially completed. Partial refunds are only issued if we fail to complete services described.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
